I hate it... It blinds me every time it happens.

This mod prevents the lightning from flashing your screen.
No, it doesn't remove the lightning sounds.
This mod basically makes it so you can enjoy rain without getting blinded.

Ever hated how hard it is to turn using GTA:SA's vanilla mouse steer? You can use this mod instead!
Unlike the vanilla mouse steer, you can do little inputs with this mod! With this mod you don't need to drag your mouse to one side repeatedly.

VCAL

Basically, this mod is a rewrite of another mod of mine called "NumpadPowerAdjuster".
Why? Last year i wanted to update the mod but then i fucking lost the source code.

What this mod does is basically limit your joystick/numpad camera movements when driving.
This mod is useful for those who want small camera movements on Keyboard, it is also useful for those who are bad at camera movements with Joystick.
