Basically, this mod is a rewrite of another mod of mine called "NumpadPowerAdjuster".
Why? Last year i wanted to update the mod but then i fucking lost the source code.
What this mod does is basically limit your joystick/numpad camera movements when driving.
This mod is useful for those who want small camera movements on Keyboard, it is also useful for those who are bad at camera movements with Joystick.

how to use it does the camera follows the car or u need to press something in order for the camera to follow????...
